report including an RICS valuation (where appropriate), accurate
rental comparables and localised statistical data.

built-in equity and the opportunity to grow a diversified and ethical
portfolio from a single source.
For example, Brightblue negotiates 15% off the market value of
a £200,000 property, giving £30,000 of instant built-in
equity. If off-plan there is the additional benefit of the capital
growth. Costs, including 1% stamp duty, legal and broker fees, and
2% finders fee, will be around £7000. So, in an area
which experiences 5% annual growth, based on a 2 year build, purchasers
will benefit from an additional £21,500 in equity a
total of £51,500 prior to completion. Therefore buyers will
realise around a 130% genuine return on investment.
