1. By registering I am under no obligation to purchase property with Brightblue Invest. However, I give my authorisation to Brightblue Invest to contact me when suitable property opportunities arise.
  2. I understand that the reservation fee is refunded upon exchange. However I also understand that the reservation fee is non refundable if I chose to withdraw from the sale.
  3. I understand that unless otherwise stated, there will be a finder’s fee of 2% plus VAT payable to Brightblue Invest at the point of reservation. This fee is non-refundable, but can be carried over towards an alternative property.
  4. I understand that exchange of contract has to take place no later than 28 days from receipt of contract from my solicitors. Failure to do so could result in the vendor withdrawing my plot and my reservation fee being lost.
  5. I understand that I should not make direct contact with any developers or related agents regarding developments offered to me by Brightblue Invest. Should I purchase a property, initially offered to me by Brightblue Invest, directly through the developer or its agent, I understand that I automatically become liable to pay Brightblue Invest an introduction fee of 2% plus VAT of the retail price of the property.
  6. I understand that the details contained in any information provided to me are for guidance only. Any photographs, floor plans, sizes and specification are subject to changes, within reason.
  7. All purchase prices are correct at time of going to press but may be amended, within reason, by the vendor.
  8. I understand that due diligence must be carried out by each individual purchaser. Brightblue Invest recommend I seek the advice of a qualified financial advisor before making any decisions.
  9. Brightblue Invest reserves the right to terminate the relationship between the client and Brightblue Invest at any time.
